A mission to build a network of schools across cities in India and around the world, that are leading with innovative experiential learning solutions to societal issues and inspiring generations of students and citizens alike to make positive changes in their surroundings.

Schools as Primary Engines of Positive Social Change

Worldview Education aims to converge the expertise, insight and experience of Principals and Senior Educators of schools to create an enabling environment for Generation Z learners to become a Generation of Solvers. By re-imagining ‘Schools as Primary Engines of Positive Social Change’, we can leverage the resources and communities that schools converge to address some of the key issues in our society.

Initiatives

The City Shapers Group

This group includes the Principals & Promoters, Companies, Municipal Corporation Representatives and Local enablers within each city. Some of the key initiatives planned include:

Immersions
The immersions are designed for Principals & School Leaders to engage them with some of the best-case practices around citizen & communities led action in India and around the world. The output of the immersions is to build curiosity, develop networks and to inspire action. These immersions will be followed up with the creation of specific solutions that suit the local context within which their schools and students operate.
Round Tables
The principal round tables bring together the most influential school promoters & principals across India. The roundtables form a critical aspect of developing a framework for the introduction and integration of global problem solving into school agendas. These round tables host focused groups of School Leaders & Principals to address specific challenges, opportunities and solutions on Physical Environment, Extra-Curricular Agendas, Educator Development, Collaboration, Incentives and Policy Changes.
Annual Summits
The annual summits are multilateral forums acting as catalysts in achieving the Solver Schools Network’s mandates. The summits are structured to converge the most influential school principals across India, members & partners of the SSN, members of the government and independent organizations, think-tanks and private sector and media.

Education For Justice initiative launched to promote SDGs in schools

20 September 2018: Welcoming efforts aimed at promoting peace, security and justice through schools, India's leading educators came together to pledge their support to UNODC's 'Education for Justice (E4J)' initiative during a week-long series of dialogues held in New Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Bengaluru recently.
