About the Live Session

Feeling fatigued and productivity seeming at an all-time low? Join Mel Batson in understanding the neuropsychological links between movement and brain function. How can movement activate the channel to a work-life balance?

  • Get insight on essential movements that could easily blend into your busy work schedule and positively impact your cognitive abilities and mental health.
  • Learn ways to reduce static load (prolonged pain caused by incorrect postures) on your body.
  • In the interesting convergence of East and West, Mel brings to light the link between neuroscience and chakra activation from yogic philosophies.
