About the Panel:

Dr Mel Batson, PhD (in Neuroscience, from Boston University) has an extensive experience investigating the neuroscience of perception, perceptual learning, motor learning and the relationship between motor and cognitive learning. She is also a certified yoga teacher, and has studied Kundalini Yoga for over ten years; she conducts classes in various types of fitness including Hatha yoga, pranayama, and meditation. Dr. Mel is also founder of Movement Ashram, an organization with the goal of helping people find balance within themselves through movement - find their own inner ashram.

A Yoga/exercise mat or sheet is recommended but not required for the session.
